I have been using Pivotal Leaders since December 2022 for Behaviour Support for my daughter. Our practitioner is lovely, always available and very supportive. She comes to our home and also visits my daughter at school.

I truly praise our practitioner for helping my daughter excel. She makes her resources to support her and provides her with assessment tools. We have had no major issues or incidents that have required police involvement (we used to have quite a few!).

We have been using Pivotal Leaders for Behaviour Support for our teenage son since September 2022.  They come to our home and connect with all other supports in my son’s life. Our practitioner is always taking notes, actively engages in phone communication and encourages our son’s involvement in his plan and strategies.

They conduct assessments to identify the underlying issues and lagging skills and we work collaboratively to find solutions. We are extremely satisfied with the level of care that goes beyond paperwork and NDIS requirements.
